Meet and Greet Recruiting Appointment

During the initial meet and greet of potential K-9 recruits, we take the opportunity to gauge each dog’s temperament, explain our expectations, and thoroughly go over the recruitment process. This preliminary step is crucial as it lays the foundation for a successful partnership between the K-9 and the team. It is essential that we understand the individual needs and personality traits of each dog to ensure they are a good fit for future assignments. This meeting is needed before their first adventure with the troop, allowing us to prepare both the recruits and the handlers adequately.
